1. The service

FingerNola ("the site") is a website that offers fingering charts, practice songs and practice tools to help people learn instruments. The site is run by an individual.

2. Accounts

Sign up with an accurate email address and keep your password to yourself. Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to anyone else.

3. Material you upload

Only upload sheet music, backing tracks and other material that you bought or have the rights to, and only for your own practice. You are responsible for what you upload. The site never shows or shares your uploads with other people.

4. Not allowed

Infringing anyone's copyright, copying or distributing the site's screens or material without permission, and disrupting the site are not allowed. We may limit access for anyone who does these things.

5. Paid services

Before any paid service such as a subscription opens, its price, features, and payment and refund terms will be shown separately, and you will only be charged after you agree to them.

6. Limits of liability

Fingerings and practice features are there to help you practice and may differ from the fingering your instrument model uses. To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for losses caused by errors in features provided free of charge.

7. Changes

Changes to these terms will be announced on the site 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are less favorable to you.
