Refund policy

Full refund within 14 days

If you ask within 14 days of a subscription payment (including automatic renewals), we refund that payment in full, whether or not you used the service.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account page. You won't be charged again and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments older than 14 days are not refunded pro rata.

How to ask

Email contact@fingernola.com from the address you signed up with. You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt email.

Timing

Payments and refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com. Approved refunds usually reach your payment method within 5–10 business days, sometimes longer depending on your bank.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
